Kai Ting is a speech therapist who graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Science (Speech & Language Pathology).
She began her speech therapy career in the restructured hospital and tertiary rehabilitation settings, which familiarised her with providing intervention to persons with acquired swallowing and/or communication disorders arising from a wide variety of medical conditions. These include stroke, acquired brain injury and neurodegenerative diseases, etc. Kai Ting is also a competent procedurist in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
Kai Ting is committed to providing person-centric intervention and endeavours to prescribe treatment plans that are functional for both clients and their caregivers. She also believes in working closely with caregivers to maximise the support clients receive in their rehabilitation journey.
