Annabelle is a speech therapist who graduated from the University of Newcastle, Australia with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours). Annabelle is passionate about supporting her clients and making a positive difference in their quality of life.
Annabelle has gained several experiences working with children presenting with speech and language delays/disorders and stuttering. She has also worked with children with a hearing impairment and special needs – Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome and Angelman syndrome. During her time in Australia, she was given the opportunity to work with children from diverse backgrounds allowing her to learn and appreciate each and every culture.
Annabelle strives to be a speech therapist that is consistently learning, compassionate and adaptable. She believes that therapy programs should be adjusted according to the clients needs and learning style to encourage them to reach their full potential. Annabelle also believes that collaborating with the client and family to establish therapy goals is essential for an effective therapy. She is committed to combining creativity and evidence based practice to create a fun and engaging session for clients.
