Dawn graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

She has experience working with children with various needs since 2017, across ages, levels of functioning and diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Development Delay and Speech Delays etc. Dawn is well versed in the individualization of intervention in 1:1 and group settings by capitalizing on each child’s strengths through both systematic execution and naturalistic environment teaching. She is experienced in training parents, teachers and junior staff across topics from behavior management to teaching self-help routines.

Dawn has worked overseas in the holistic provision of services such as home-based ABA, parent training, school observations and shadowing, community training and worked together with other professionals in aligning goals and providing behavioural strategies. She individualized and actively tailored programs along the way to accommodate for changes in the child’s environment, maximizing learning across all aspects in the child’s life.

She is dedicated to working in a multi-disciplinary team, forming a partnership with all relevant stakeholders to effectuate behavior change across people, settings, and time. She prides herself in going above and beyond to ensure the family’s challenges and needs are met through close communication. Her ultimate ambition is to empower families and to provide a continuous learning journey for individuals with learning disabilities.
