Dr. Sharon Ceanna Fernando is a Clinical Psychologist and a Consultant Psychologist. She is a full-member of both the American Psychological Association and the Society for Personality Assessment (USA).
She obtained her Doctorate and Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology at the reputable Florida Institute of Technology, with a specialization in Pediatric populations. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology at the University of South Carolina.
Dr. Fernando’s thesis work focused on attachment, psychosocial development and interpersonal relationships within adolescent populations. Her research has been translated into German and has contributed to the National norming sample for the development of the Personality Assessment Inventory-Adolescent (PAI-A) version in the States.
Trained as a Clinical Psychologist, she conducts psychological assessments in:

- Learning Disability
- Educational proficiency
- Psychosocial Development
- Personality Assessment
- Projective Measures
Over the past five years, Dr. Fernando has worked within a variety of settings in the States such as the pediatric unit at UNC Chapel Hill Neuroscience hospital, the Children’s Psychiatric Unit at John Umstead Hospital, Wuesthoff Medical Hospital, Circles of Care and many others. She recently relocated to Singapore over a year ago.
She has extensive training in the treatment of:
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Separation Anxiety
- Play Therapy
- Parenting Skills
Dr. Fernando has presented at numerous workshops and talks throughout Singapore, and her interests lie in effectively managing crisis situations in the workplace and teaching preventive strategies within school settings.

Sanveen is a Clinical Psychologist and Consultant Psychologist. She is a full member of The Singapore Psychology Society, Australian Psychological Society (APS) and APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Sanveen also holds registration with Australia’s Queensland Board of Psychologists.
Sanveen obtained her Master of Clinical Psychology and Post-Graduate Diploma of Psychology degree at Bond University. Preceding this, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at The Ohio State University.
Sanveen has a variety of clinical experience working with children and adolescents with challenging emotional, developmental and behavioral concerns, and adults with a range of acute and chronic mental health problems, both individually and in a group. Alongside this, she has considerable experience in the areas of psychological assessment - namely, cognitive, developmental, educational, legal, personality and neuropsychological. Sanveen has also presented at many workshops and conferences throughout Singapore, and has granted numerous interviews with various newspapers and magazines. Prior to joining Dynamics, Sanveen practiced as a Clinical Psychologist and Consultant Psychologist at the reputable local Hospital.
Sanveen is an integrative practioner, combining client-centred and solution-focused approaches with cognitive behavioral (CBT) techniques. Having lived in several different countries, Sanveen is able to work well with both the local and expatriate populations. She is fluent in Punjabi and English.

Janna van Duyn

Janna is a child psychologist from the Netherlands. She obtained in master degree in Child Psychology at the University of Leiden, the Netherlands in 1985. Her main subjects were Educational Psychology, the minor subjects Child Psychiatry and Family Therapy. She has successfully completed additional post graduate courses in Autism and Child and Adolescence Psychotherapy. She is a qualified child and adolescent psychotherapist.
Janna has extensive experience and track record working with children with learning difficulties, autism, behavioural problems. At Dynamics, Janna is involved primarily working children, but on occasion providing counselling to parents and family therapy. She helps parents who need a professional to help them address difficulties they are facing in raising their children.
Janna is able to help children through the various tools and techniques she accumulated experience with, ranging from traditional psychotherapy to role playing, counselling, and play therapy.
Janna is experienced in testing and diagnostics for children with developmental problems or learning difficulties. Janna is fluent in English, Dutch, and German, and frequently conducts psycho-educational assessments for children whose mother tongue is Dutch or German.
